I am confused about using a flash drive connected to the CUI32. In the manual it refers to an "autorun disable" switch to revert the unit back to "device" mode, but where is this switch? The only switches on my CUI32 are "RESET" and "PROG". When I tried logging to the flash drive (after setting "USBHOST ON" prior to RESET), I could not get the unit back to device mode (ie the PC no longer recognised the unit at power-up). The only recovery method was to re-program Stickos into the unit. Any hints guys?? Cheers

It's pretty simple: you need to connect pin re6 high (3.3v) to disable autorun...
As shown in the above pdf, this is the default "autorun disable" pin, but you can reassign it to any other pin persistently with the “pins” command, if you want.
